We will be closed due to inclement weather if
BHM School District #877
announces its closing prior to our 6:30 am opening.
Otherwise we will be open.
If the district delays opening by
2 hours, we will do the same
(open at 8:30 am).

5 days a week $39 per day/$195 per week
4 days a week $40 per day/$160 per week
3 days a week $41 per day/$123 per week
School age, rate for just after school day
5 days a week $19 per day/$95 per week
4 days a week $20 per day/$80 per week
3 days a week $21 per day/$63 per week
Preschool, all day
3 years old:
5 days a week – $50 per day/$250 per week
4 days a week – $51 per day/$204 per week
3 days a week – $52 per day/$156 per week
4 years old:
5 days a week – $49 per day/$245 per week
4 days a week – $50 per day/$200 per week
3 days a week – $51 per day/$153 per week
5 years old, not in kindergarten:
5 days a week – $48 per day/$240 per week
4 days a week – $49 per day/$196 per week
3 days a week – $50 per day/$150 per week
Fees include all academic studies, Music Program, Movement Program, Breakfast Club, and snacks. Our facility opens at 6:30 am and closes at 6pm. We have NO extended hour hidden costs.
No Come, No Pay Program
Treehouse offers a ‘No Come, No Pay’ Program for our school age (including kindergarten) children. Sign up two weeks in advance, of all non-school days, (excluding paid holidays/Summer), and nothing would be owed.
DAYS NO COME, NO PAY CAN BE USED: MEA days, Wednesday before Thanksgiving, All no school days surrounding Winter Break, All no school days surrounding Spring Break (excluding the paid holidays), Martin Luther King Day. I will always prompt you when to sign up.
DAYS NO COME, NO PAY CAN NOT BE USED: All miscellaneous non-school days that are not surrounded by Thanksgiving, Christmas (winter) break, Easter (spring) break, or MEA.
Note: When just one of our school districts (Buffalo/St. Michael) has a miscellaneous day off and the other one does not, we will not allow NCNP. We will always communicate if a day can not be used as NCNP.
We will be open, staffed, and expecting your school-age child. A non-school day fee will be assessed, whether in attendance or not.
Send lunch and outdoor wear on these days!
EARLY DISMISSAL HES: The first Friday of every month HES has early dismissal. An additional charge of $10 will be assessed for that day. There may be a few for St.Michael too.
Holiday Policy
School age kids will pay the school rate during the school year and the non-school rate during summer vacation. If a holiday falls on a day you normally are not scheduled, you do not owe for that day.
We have nine (9) paid holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and one Floating Holiday. Our Floater Paid Holiday always gets placed strategically to enhance a long weekend. If paid holidays land on a weekend, we push them either forward or back.
